MODERNIZATION OF THE RESEARCH OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The alternative studies of the processes that outline development of the enterprise are always relevant. The present day depends on the past, current and scenarios to outline the future. The present day shows that the influence of factors that have not been considered or predicted can be decisive. Military actions on the territory of Ukraine affected all spheres of the economy, including the agricultural sector. Using the latest experience of developed countries it is possible to achieve the desired results using modernized tools. Basing on generalizations, comparisons and empirical experience it is possible to make proposals on modernization of the approaches to assessing the development of domestic agricultural sector. The new approaches to research modernization are outlined. The study allowed re-evaluating the standard approaches to assessing the development of enterprises and to direct the vector to the availability of Foresight-research for domestic enterprises at the legislative level. It is proposed to consider development through the prism of Foresight-research, taking into account all possible options and scenarios. The modernized tools of research of enterprises development are allocated. The desired results of application of the modernized research are outlined and projected on the realities of the Ukrainian agricultural sector in the conditions of hostilities. By developing the modernized the researchers can intensify a modern scientific platform. The latest challenges, opportunities and realities of the domestic economy need a renewed vision of the research participants. Implementation of the strategy of the modernized research on the enterprise development requires building programs and funding, and is closely related to the socio-economic, scientific, technical and environmental sectors of the state. Modeling of the processes and trends of development is a necessary component of the Foresight-research. The dreamed future is based on assessment of the facts and consideration of all possible and impossible scenarios. A dynamic correlation of the development processes with the help of Foresight-research is proposed. The importance of updating systematic and comprehensive data is emphasized. It is proposed to make strategic modernization of the scientific approaches.
