Annotation

In the modern conditions, an increasing share of economic laws is implemented in terms of the integration processes of society digitalization. Globalization changes have also affected the practical application of economic processes of the state, and this, in turn, increases the need to use its tools. It is practical to combine the established principles and the latest approaches to implementation of the developed programs and improvement of the forms and types of economy in the modern economic conditions.

The study examines the theoretical foundations of the digital economy in its modern interpretation for all spheres of human activity. It is established that implementation of the digital economy tools is quite promising in the use of the state electronic information resources.

The causal relationship of the impact of the system of state electronic information resources on the society helped to summarize the general trends in development of the digital progress in the future. Based on the analyzed foreign experience on application of the digital economy tools, it is proposed to introduce certain components in the consolidated system of the state electronic information resources in Ukraine.

The authors make analysis of the current state of digitalization of Ukraine's economy in the context of the current system of digital information processing in international ranking positions. A list of problems that slow down the development of the state electronic information resources in Ukraine has been formulated. A comparative analysis of the state electronic information systems of Poland has been conducted.

The research analyzes the world experience of testing the system of state electronic information resources and on this basis the authors propose their own vision of the legal field, which would help to remove a number of issues related to implementation of the state electronic information resources in the state from the agenda. The proposed ways to increase the effective use of the system of state information resources deserve a special attention.

In the scientific article, the generalization of the received results of research with the subsequent possibility of their application in domestic practice is carried out.
