The complex of geodetic works concerning the current and the deadline of executive shootings was performed, revealing a significant problem of the quality and completeness of such shoots in order to reflect the results on the general plans of settlements on the example of a multi-story apartment building in Lviv. The task is to ensure reliable control of the geometric shapes and dimensions of the apartment building, the full display of all elements that provide the life of the object, especially those elements and underground communications that after completion of construction will be unavailable for measurements. The accuracy of the transfer of the building to the terrain was determined and all deviations from the project, allowed during the construction process, were determined based on determining the actual coordinates of the characteristic points of the dwelling house, the sizes of its individual elements and parts, the distances between them and other data. During the construction works, it is determined what schemes should make the executive documentation. For the object of study, the entire complex of geodetic works, namely the placement and fixing of the main axes of the house, the executive removal after the excavation of the foundation, the construction of the foundation, walls and overlapping of the underground. During the construction of the above-ground part of the house was performed on the floor executive removal of the mounted structures. The position of wall panels was determined in terms of distance from the side edges at the overlap and a third floor to an alignment parallels axle, height measured thickness of the leveling layer of mortar in a horizontal junction, determined as deviation from verticality panels. The result of the final executive shooting of the dwelling house was applied in the general plan of Lviv in the scale of 1:500. Conclusions were made about the disadvantages of performing surveying on the basis of actually performed works.
