Annotation

In this article, the main attention is paid to importance of functioning of the system of early warning and response to the crisis and also its role in warning determination and resolving crisis situation. In fact, stable enterprise working and development are available only under security conditionals of the entity on all degrees of its existence and depend on the influence of lots of factors, that are typical for every entity, and interdependent, works systemically, increasing negative effect on business activity. The main stages of the system of early warning and response are shown, the rating of probability of the crisis situation are given and the analysis of possible consequences of their influence is carried out. The reasons of occurrence of the crisis situation in the agricultural sector are considered for understanding its controllability by agricultural enterprise. It is explored, that crisis situation are the consequent of effect of some habitat factors of the enterprise, that can be distinguished into internal and external. The effectiveness and efficiency of using the system of early warning and response (SEWR) at the agricultural enterprise in a crisis situation is substantiated in the work.

The basis of the system of early warning and response to the crisis is cyclical due to changes in the environment of the enterprise and the instability of indicators. In carrying out the current management, the crisis should be monitored when it worked in practical enterprises in compliance with the presented experts who carried out management actions and decisions. If it is necessary, one can make adjustments to the previously formed plan to overcome the crisis. Such a cycle of managerial influences will contribute to the effective forecasting and prevention of crises in the enterprise, based on appropriate measures of preventive crisis management.

Thus, it is impossible to discard the probability of emergence of a crisis at an enterprise completely, because it is related to economic development. However, it is possible to resist the crisis and if the crisis is identified and onset of the crisis is diagnosed sooner, the company's losses will be smaller.
