Since the start of the century, the land fund has experienced significant changes of its development, which are still in progress.

The deep ecological and economic crisis in Ukraine is caused by the administrative and command economy performing in the past.

The intensive development of technologies, growth of the world population, and negative consequences of people's economic activity have caused problems of nature protection and rational nature management. It has resulted in pollution of water, air, soil, i.e. everything essential for human life.

Current conditions of natural resources are of great concern, because the plough-disturbance of tilled areas has reached 81 %. All enterprises of Zboriv district make assessment of the present conditions of land use, which is conducted basing on the regulations of land evaluation. They help to find out additional reserves, which can later provide the opportunity to improve and increase their use efficiency. Therefore, to fulfill the task, it is proposed to mark the available ecological lands, which are the best suitable for development and growth of vegetation. In its turn, it will secure the best possible variant of the gross crop product output per a unit of costs. Filling agro-landscapes of studied district with the objects of ecological intention includes the geosystems, created or primarily protected, that will secure deep transformation of the violated natural complexes and intensification of their low resistance to the impact of harmful factors. Inclusion of natural ecological systems into the agro landscape of Zboriv district, which have poor turnover in the substance circulation, will act as bio-chemical obstacles in the landscapes, and thus, can compensate the harmful burden of human activities on the landscapes. Organization of an effective and efficient land use is the main task for the internal economic arrangement of the mentioned area.
