Annotation

The research presents analysis of the scientific views and personal interpretation of the economic security of agrarian enterprises. The article gives characteristic of the process of formation of the economic security of the agrarian sector, which has some distinguishing features particularly: seasonal character of production; high risks of production; limited time of agricultural products storage; disparity of prices. Economic security of the agrarian sector enterprises is not separated, but directly related with the economic security of all economic sectors and the country generally, and is characterized by a complicated internal structure, which consists of three components: economic independence; stability of the national economics; capability to self-development and progress. It is determined that economic security of the agrarian sphere is directly related with the agreement of the national interests of the country, food safety and risks, which provide stable operation of agrarian enterprises. The work identifies the external and internal threats the enterprise has to resist to support its economic security. It is justified that the national regulatory policy in agrarian sphere is inconsistent and unsystematic, and the issue of security support lays outside the current legislation. It is proposed to adjust the regulatory base concerning the economic security of the agrarian sector enterprises by achieving consistency of the regulatory impacts. It is confirmed that the most important element of the enterprise’s economic security is the mechanism of its support, which suggests analysis of the level of economic security on the basis of the most significant components and their indices, as well as the result reducing to the unified integrated indicator.
