The work gives analysis of the market of real estate objects and lists the factors, influencing its state and development under current conditions. The article describes development of real estate objects of production use as an object of ownership in agrarian sector.

In the process of formation, real estate market is a component of general market and depicts all problems of the economy and social sphere. It is character-ized by unequal development of separate segments and market niches, actual ab-sence of state investments, presence of considerable shadow and black sectors, a low level of informational support, etc.

The article gives analysis of the recent researches and publications concern-ing the problems of real estate market.

The work lists the main factors, influencing prices for real estate objects at the Ukrainian market, particularly available free costs, availability and prices for purchase of real estate objects, number of supplies at the market of real estate ob-jects, available credit resources for building.

The research has revealed problems of establishment and development of real estate market, including absence of scientific and methodic base; lack of in-formational support of the market participants; no monitoring of the conditions of real estate market; lack of specialized training of the staff for business structures.

The named tendencies of development of real estate market are revealed in increase of the amount of acceptance of residential buildings in regions; transfor-mation of the structure of residential fund; excess of demand over supply; shift of building into ecologically clean area of a city.
